The Efficiency Audit
We find the slow, manual, repetitive parts of how your company works, and tell you in writing what each one costs in time and how we'd fix it.
What you get
The audit is a paid engagement. It ends with a written report that ranks what we found. For each issue, the report covers:
- What it is, and who it affects
- What it costs your team in time
- How we'd fix it: by setting up an existing tool, connecting your tools through an API integration, or building custom software
We walk you through the report in person or by video. It's yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.
How the audit runs
Free intro call
15 to 30 minutes. We learn what you want out of this, such as faster turnaround or less manual work for your team, and whether we're a fit.
Agreement
We agree on the audit size and sign an agreement. The audit starts after that.
Discovery
We interview the people who do the work. Where it helps, we shadow them for part of a day, so we see the real process, not just the described one.
Report and walkthrough
You get the written report, and we walk you through it in person or by video.

Your audit fee counts toward the build
If you go ahead with a build within 30 days of receiving your report, we credit the full audit fee toward it. Builds are scoped and priced after the audit, based on what the report found.
What we need from you
- One point of contact on your side
- Time with the people we'll interview and, where it helps, shadow
- A look at the tools you use today. A screen share is fine.
If you'd like a confidentiality agreement, we'll sign one before we start.
What the audit isn't
It isn't a review of your management or how your company is organized. We look at repetitive, manual work that software can remove, and nothing else.
